About the Role
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment of equipment and building facilities that will undergo repair & maintenance
- Monitors and provide reports on external & internal activities and maintenance.
- Recommends/Suggests improvements and cost-cutting programs towards efficiency optimization.
- Ensure and assists in processing of permits and other compliance requirements.
- Monitors Civil works and other statutory and legal compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Maintenance functions and With Auto CAD knowledge
- Age Range: Early 20’s – Early 30’s
