As the first point of contact for facility operations, the Facility Coordinator is responsible for the effective day-to-day coordination and maintenance of the Lockheed Martin Australia (LMA) Melbourne offices. This role oversees the overall management and operation of facilities, including maintenance activities delivered through subcontractor and vendor agreements.
This position is being offered as a 6-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements.
The Facility Coordinator will support the corrective maintenance program, including building and plant repairs or replacements, and will plan, schedule, and implement preventative maintenance in collaboration with the LMA Maintenance Lead.
