The Facility Asset Manager oversees the Division’s facility asset management and preventative maintenance programs across multiple school and administrative sites. The role supports asset lifecycle planning, maintenance system administration, operational analysis, and preventative maintenance coordination to improve facility reliability, extend asset life, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs for Division facilities and building systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with staff, contractors, and operational teams.
  • Maintain facility asset inventories, condition assessments, and lifecycle planning documentation.
  • Administer the Division’s CMMS/AssetPlanner system, including reporting and maintenance scheduling....
