About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
- Handling works at Grade A Commercial Buildings
- Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
- Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
- Shift Work required (3 shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Night)
- Night shift allowance provided
- Work Location: CBD
