Summary

/Objective Focused on providing maintenance, repair, and installation of basic Facility needs.Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

Performs scheduled Preventative Maintenance.

Assists with scheduled Filter Changes.

Assists with maintaining all Compressed Air, Access Control, Security, Emergency Response, Public Address, Building Management, and Fire Control Systems.

Performs repairs as needed and where capable on all Facility Related items.

Participates routinely on all waste collection and recyclable collection tasks.

Maintain facilities to enable associates to support overall Customer Service needs by focusing on building safety and cleanliness.

Must be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Vocational or Technical Education is desired.
