Summary of Role:
The Facilities Technician (FT) performs both scheduled building maintenance, emergency repairs and after-hours response when directed.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Scheduled Maintenance
+ Perform general building maintenance when directed
+ Perform basic carpentry, wall finishing and painting, door hinge and lock repairs
+ Service teller line drawers, cabinets, and associated teller line locks and may be expected to make minor banking equipment repairs when trained and proficient
+ Complete work orders daily; noting status if not completed and description of resolution as completed
+ Assist vendors during normal and after-hours access for department systems to include UPS/Switchgear/Generators/Electrical panels/HVAC/FM200, Fire...
