Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III at Marsden Services, L.LC.

Shifts: 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. (35 hours per week, will qualify for health benefits).

Location: Tampa FL near The University of South Florida (One Property)

Job Duties:

Performing a variety of related duties including equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in order to ensure the property and grounds are meeting the company’s established standards and any applicable laws.
