About the Role
Talent Web is exclusively working with a cluster of the NSW State Government in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of a diverse property portfolio.
This role will see you managing the day-to-day performance of allocated buildings, including hard and soft services, maintenance, contractor performance, stakeholder engagement and minor works.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance programs to ensure assets are operating efficiently.
• Oversee work orders and ensure service delivery is aligned with contractual KPIs.
