About the Role
A Facilities Specialist Executive (or Housekeeping Specialist) in a Singapore hotel is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet impeccable 5-star cleanliness and operational standards.
Key duties include deep-cleaning, equipment maintenance, and strict compliance with local health and hygiene regulations.
Core Job Scope- Room Cleaning & Servicing: Deep Cleaning - Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting bathtubs, showers, toilets, and mirrors.
- Bedding & Laundry: Changing bed linens, remaking beds to hotel standards, and sorting/distributing laundry.
- Supply Replenishment / Restocking: Guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, drinking glasses, and coffee/tea stations.
