Facilities Site Manager (San Luis Potosí)

Manages the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, buildings and grounds.

• Lead the facilities team supporting all Cummins sites in San Luis Potosí
• Collaborate with leaders from various business units within the campus to provide strategic support aligned with business objectives, including budget planning and execution of operational strategies.
• Plan and execute capital budgets for General Integrated Services, Business Unit, and Environmental initiatives.
• Support certification audits such as IATF, ISO14001, ISO50001, HSE.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs of the Facilities function.
• Lead electrical safety initiatives in partnership with the Maintenance Manager.
• Participate in infrastructure projects including MEP installations and construction projects.
