Support preventive maintenance of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) systems. Coordinate with technicians and vendors for repairs (AC, lighting, furniture, electrical, plumbing, etc. Assist in emergency drills (earthquake, fire, evacuation). Check signage compliance (safety exits, emergency lighting, alarm panels). Report hazards, leaks, ceiling issues, exposed wires, and other risks immediately. Assist during severe weather, emergency situations, or business continuity plans requiring site presence Support after-hours facility activities when required (shutdowns, installation works, deep cleaning, inspections).
