Job Summary

• To support commercial and industrial facilities. You will oversee mechanical systems performance, lead preventive and corrective maintenance, support project upgrades, and ensure regulatory compliance for building M&E systems.
• This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function.
• Responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical systems: chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs/FCUs, ventilation systems, compressors, and mechanical plant equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, inspections, vibration checks, flow/pressure testing, and mechanical system diagnostics.
