Facilities & Maintenance Manager (Isla Guadalupe)

Position Summary

Coordinate efforts for the maintenance of machinery, plant facilities and equipment in a productive manner. Supervise maintenance supervisors and planners and review with them activities related to maintaining and repairing physical systems of the facility through corrective, planned & preventive maintenance programs. Supervise repair and maintenance of buildings and mechanical equipment installed in these buildings. Ensure timely installation and upkeep of the company’s property and systems to ensure operational effectiveness. Delegates to their subordinates common tasks and is directly involved in administrative activities like maintenance budgeting and contract negotiations.
