We’re searching for a Facilities Lead to oversee day-to-day operations by ensuring the campus is clean, safe and on-brand. This role will ensure everything is operating smoothly, while also supporting the culture of IntouchCX.
As Facilities Lead, You Will…
- Work with Building Management to ensure health & safety requirements and legislative compliance for the campus are met
- Supervise Building Service Officers (BSOs) and their workload
- Respond to facility related requests and complete assigned tickets in a timely manner
- Coordinate campus visits including any related travel logistics
- Ensure space build outs and furniture assembly projects are completed
- Do weekly walk-throughs
