Facilities Helpdesk (Quezon City)
As a CBRE Facilities Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to staff and users regarding facilities-related issues, including maintenance requests, repairs, and other facility-related concerns.
This includes coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managing facilities-related projects, vendors, work orders and purchase orders.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to and resolve facilities-related queries and issues via phone, email, and in-preson.
- Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to resolve issues.
- Provide information and guidance on facilities policies, procedures, and services.
- Monitor and report on facilities-related issues, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
