About the Role

Facilities Helpdesk (Quezon City)

As a CBRE Facilities Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to staff and users regarding facilities-related issues, including maintenance requests, repairs, and other facility-related concerns.

This includes coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managing facilities-related projects, vendors, work orders and purchase orders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to and resolve facilities-related queries and issues via phone, email, and in-preson.
  • Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to resolve issues.
  • Provide information and guidance on facilities policies, procedures, and services.
