Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of buildings
- Coordinate inspections, investigations, and maintenance activities with technicians
- Prepare and compile reports related to building operations
- Communicate with workers and subcontractors regarding building improvements and new developments
- Handle safety and security systems
- Respond to job requests and emergency situations as needed
- Read, interpret, and draw basic building plans and designs
Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate of any Engineering course or Architecture
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in building maintenance operations or management
- Proficient in reading and interpreting plans
- Able to draw plans
- Proficient in using CAD and AutoCAD
