Oversee the planning, execution, and management of A&A projects, ensuring all deliverables meet functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and regulatory compliance. Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment. Ensure all projects strictly adhere to local building regulations, fire safety codes, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements. Implement best practices in project management to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost‑effectiveness.
