The Role

Reporting into an experienced Facilities Manager and working closely with portfolio managers, this role is responsible for the delivery of facilities management services across a defined group of buildings.
You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, manage service contracts, and ensure buildings meet compliance and health and safety obligations.
This is a varied, hands on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational delivery with stakeholder engagement. You will be the key point of contact for contractors and clients on facilities matters, while also contributing to reporting, budgeting support and continuous improvement of processes.
Flexibility to respond to after hours emergencies is required as part of this role.
