As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets and providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do Site Operation Management- Coordinate and lead the soft services team on managing janitorial, landscaping, pest control, F&B, event, reception, mailroom and other soft services to ensure 100% completion of preventive and corrective maintenance within SLA.
- Maintain and provide reports including operation trackers, site inspection, and data compilation.
- Support the Facilities Manager by escorting vendors for maintenance activities when the manager is unavailable.
