Qualifications:
1. College degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Basic knowledge of facilities operations, building maintenance, and office administration
3. Willingness to support 24/7 or shifting schedules (BPO environment)
4. Attention to detail, and strong familiarity in space planning, asset management, compliance, and supporting 24/7 operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
6. Relevant experience in Office Administration and/or Administrative and Secretarial functions.
7. Willing to be assigned in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in overseeing and controlling the day-to-day running of the Facilities Management Department.
