What a typical day looks like:
Responsible for Review the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to the Facility function. Responsible for managing and overseeing the methods, processes and operations for both new and existing products. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and resources in producing cost-effective, quality products and customer solutions. Play an active role in developing talent and leadership pipeline in the Facility function through initiatives like mentoring, Training needs analysis and other best-known methods Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for the facilities function, ensuring smooth plant operations.
