Job brief

Faade Lead manages the design, coordination, and execution of building faade systems for large design-and-build industrial, business park, and commercial developments. The role ensures the faade integrates properly with architectural, structural, and MEP designs while meeting performance and sustainability standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of faade systems , including curtain walls, glazing, metal cladding, precast panels, and building envelope components.

• Review faade shop drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions .

• Ensure faade systems meet structural, thermal, acoustic, waterproofing, and fire safety performance requirements .
