About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
" Gather and document learning requirements from stakeholders and subject-matter experts (SMEs).
" Assist in designing and developing course content, instructor guides, learner materials, and assessments aligned to learning objectives and business needs.
" Test and validate learning delivery environments (LMS, virtual classrooms, local labs) and establish system access requirements.
" Coordinate deployment of assessment materials and manage logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and blended deliveries.
" Respond to learner and stakeholder questions about learning processes and assessment procedures.
