Eyelash Technician

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate lash styles.
• Apply individual lash extensions, volume fans, or hybrid sets using professional techniques.
• Perform lash lifts, tints, and aftercare treatments.
• Ensure client safety and comfort during the procedure.
• Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, hygienic workspace in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an eyelash technician preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols.
• Patience and ability to work in a precise, repetitive manner.
