The opportunity

EY’s Transaction Analytics team continues to grow, and we are looking for high‑performing Senior Consultants to join our growing team! 

This role is suited to experienced consultants and senior consultants who understand how transactions work end‑to‑end and are excited by the opportunity to apply data and analytics to real commercial questions across the deal lifecycle. You will work at the intersection of strategy, transactions and analytics, supporting high‑profile buy‑side and sell‑side engagements alongside Corporate Finance and Transaction Diligence teams.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a hands‑on role in delivering transaction‑focused analytics, helping investors and management teams identify value drivers, understand risks and make informed decisions at critical moments in a deal.
