At Extendicare, the Registered Dietitian is instrumental in providing nutrition and hydration care for residents, assessing their needs during admission and ongoing care. The position demands excellent communication, nutritional assessment skills, and the ability to create tailored nutrition plans. As an integral part of the caregiving team, you'll collaborate with fellow professionals and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
