Export Execution Supervisor

The Export Execution Supervisor will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of commodity export contracts from overseas, ensuring smooth operational performance from post-fixture to final delivery. The role requires intensive daily coordination with the team in overseas. Key Responsibilities

Contract Execution & Operations

• Manage execution of export contracts (FOB, CIF, CFR) for: Crude/refined vegetable oils (bulk & flexitanks) and Oilseed meals (bulk & containerized)
• Oversee the full logistics chain from nomination to delivery, including vessel/container planning and shipment tracking
• Coordinate vessel operations: nominations, laycan management, loading schedules, and documentation flow
• Handle container shipments (flexitanks and standard), including stuffing, release, and depot coordination
