Expert, Technical Functional Analyst

Overview

Schneider Electric is seeking a technically grounded Functional Analyst as the digital functional owner for the End‑to‑End Digital Customer Relationships installed base data platform.

Responsibilities

• Review proposed solution designs for functional completeness, validate that data flows, integration patterns, and API specifications match business requirements, and identify functional gaps before architecture is approved.
• Assess incoming Business Needs for functional clarity and completeness, identify missing information, ambiguities, or unresolved dependencies, and determine readiness to proceed to defining.
• Conduct requirements workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs, analyze end‑to‑end processes and data flows including integration points, API interactions, and MDM rules, and translate business needs into complete functional documentation following IB Digital standards.
