About the Role
Valmet is looking for an Expert On-line to join our team in Bologna office on a 1-year temporary contract to receive customer's request promptly inherent in machinery issues, verify and resolve properly problems by remote. After a period of training on the job, the role works independently to complete given tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Collect customer requests inherent the issues to be resolved
Remote assistance and customer support for resolving issues
Supervise, update of software and correct working parameters
Update online machinery software
Foster the development and continuous proposal of services, as well as the transformation of customer requests into performance improvement opportunities
