Experienced Roller Operator Subdivisions | Mid $40s/hr + Allowances
We are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our team on a full-time basis, working across subdivision projects in SE QLD.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am 5:00pm
Pay: Mid $40s/hr + daily penalties, travel allowance & OT meal allowance
About the Role:
You will play a key role in subdivision works, working closely with crews and supervisors to ensure compaction is completed to a high standard. This is a hands-on role requiring someone confident working alongside graders and road base crews.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating roller on subdivision and civil projects
Compaction of road base in line with specifications
Working in conjunction with grader operators and ground crews
Maintaining equipment and following site safety requirements
