Carry out interior and exterior painting and decorating to a high standard
Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes as required
Ensuring a clean and tidy work area throughout the job
Communicating effectively with clients and team members
Ensuring all work is completed within project timelines and quality expectations Minimum 3 years of experience in painting and decorating
Own vehicle (essential for transport to and from sites)
Own basic equipment (brushes, rollers, dust sheets, masking tape, filler knives, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent time management and reliability
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid UK driving licence
