About the Role
Agnico Eagle seeks a skilled Mill Maintenance Supervisor for the Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Ensure maintenance operations are safe, effective, and aligned with our strong values.
In this key role, reporting to the Mill Mechanical General Supervisor, you will manage a mill maintenance crew delivering high performance with a focus on safety and environmental stewardship. Your leadership will be pivotal in meeting KPIs through effective training and coordination of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the mill maintenance crew
• Facilitate daily safety and communication meetings
• Train team members on safe operational procedures
• Monitor and review maintenance performance metrics
• Schedule and plan maintenance with other departments
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role within processing operations
• Great skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of CMMS like SAP or JDEdward...
