Collaborate with various stakeholders to oversee the work environment and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve problem-solving and continuous improvement through Lean methodologies and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day construction operations on-site
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety
• Collaborate on project schedules and site logistics
• Administer COR™ safety protocols diligently
• Facilitate communication during site meetings and inspections
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience managing ICI projects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
