Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management (Inventories)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Expert in using Microsoft Excel.
Job Descriptions
- Monitor asset movements from delivery, deployment, transfers, and disposal.
- Ensure all asset deployments are confirmed by employee/custodian.
- Maintain a database of all assets with information required for Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) reporting.
- Assistance on PEZA compliance on asset movements.
- Provide guidance on how to improve asset management.
- Ensure all assets are barcoded after delivery and before deployment to users and/or technology.
- Coordinate the documentation required for PEZA disposal.
