EXPEDITOR

REPORT TO: Head of Supply Chain

KEY PURPOSE OF JOB

The Expeditor will be responsible for tracking and expediting open orders to ensure on‑time delivery, while also sourcing and managing non‑bill of materials (non-BOM) goods required for operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production flow and minimizing delays.

KEY TASKS

Order Tracking & Expediting

• Monitor and track all open purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery
• Expedite late or critical orders to prevent production delays
• Maintain accurate delivery schedules and status updates
• Communicate order status proactively to internal stakeholders

Supplier Coordination

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
