Expansion Controller

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Expansion Controller, you set and implement controlling routines, ensure accurate and transparent financial follow-up, and support the Expansion team with clear, actionable data insights.

• Implement controlling routines within the Expansion function, translating Sales Market targets into clear goals for Leasing and C&F
• Own the local budget and forecasting process for Leasing and C&F, securing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Capex and Opex
• Take ownership of relevant market data, monitoring sales, surplus, operational costs, and Capex spend, turning trends into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner with Leasing, C&F, and Expansion colleagues to support KPI analysis and financial decision-making
• Drive Expansion Audit preparation and follow-up work for the Sales Market, ensuring financial transparency and clear ownership of responsibilities<...
