About the Role

  • Providing Finacle Application Support on daily basis
  • Corodinating within team for resolutions of issued in various modules
  • Attend calls from branches / Operations units
  • Resolving issues in various Finacle 10 x modules i.e. Retail Asset, Retail Liability, Operations, CRM, etc.
  • Attend calls related to Finacle batch processes / EOD / BOD and resolving them.
  • Co-ordinate with L2 teams on escalated calls
  • Co-ordinate with Bank’s FCG for seeking approval for backend update as & when required
