Job Purpose
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Office of the President/Vice President. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of executive operations, supporting decision‑making processes, and facilitating effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of administrative experience supporting senior or executive‑level management, preferably within a higher education or similarly structured professional environment.
