Executive Officer in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.:536556) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably gained in tertiary institutions. They should be able to work independently, flexibly, and under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented mindset. Experience in event management, human resources, and financial administration within tertiary institutions would be an advantage.
