Provide support to conduct learning needs analysis, determine training priorities, and develop an annual learning plan for the organization. Provide support to identify, implement, and facilitate the delivery of training programs (including e-learning modules and on-the-job training) that address the organization's training needs. This includes sourcing and managing training providers, developing course content, and administering course registration. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
