About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence & Execution

Own operational workflows and in-app configuration for marketing projects, enabling seamless rollout of campaigns, experiments, and feature updates.

Lead end-to-end merchandising execution including testing, curation, and timely go-live of landing pages, campaign pages, and banner placements across iOS, Android..

Maintain a high-speed execution cadence by proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks in real time.

Support UAT, QA, and bug bashes to ensure product quality and stability ahead of major releases.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers to identify usability gaps and deploy user-focused enhancements in merchandising flows.

Coordinate creative and offer details with stakeholders to ensure on-time campaign and asset delivery.
