Executive MD, Development Effectiveness & Strategy

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is seeking a Managing Director for the Office of Development Effectiveness. The role requires extensive experience in leading complex organizations and driving rural development strategies. The candidate must have a Master's or equivalent in economics, with a preference for a PhD, and at least 15 years of relevant international experience.

The Managing Director will ensure that programs achieve maximum impact and operate effectively. Leadership and management skills in a multicultural environment are essential, as is fluency in English and another IFAD language.
