In response to growing complexity across Global Foods Group (GFG) initiatives, leadership has recognized that the current Purchase Order (PO) process has become overly cumbersome and inefficient. POs often require extensive back-and-forth across multiple stakeholders, unclear handoffs between onshore teams and offshore processing, and repeated rework due to missing or misaligned inputs.
