Executive - Logistics

We are looking for a Logistics Executive in export operations. The role involves managing the movement of goods from the company to international customers, coordinating shipping, documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery while complying with export regulations.

• Coordinate export shipments by air, sea, or land.


• Ensure sale invoice and dispatches.


• Prepare and verify export documentation such as Sale invoice/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Export declarations.


• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.


• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.


• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
