Job Purpose
- Nationwide O & M of MPLS core network, ensuring network availability, performing day to day configurations and providing support to regions and peer departments.
Job Responsibilities
- To ensure Core Transmission (IP MPLS) network availability at 99.999% and taking respective measures to maintain it
- Providing support to regional teams for Core Transmission (IP MPLS core) network Implementation of QoS for mission Critical services of CMPak network
- To monitor vital core transmission network KPIs and perform routine quality testing to identify any issue followed by permanent resolution
- Responsible for ensuring that vital KPIs are within the required threshold values
- To coordinate with regions and implement new core Transmission network entity provided that all relevant checks are done including comprehensive HAT/PAT To keep record of updated nationwide core connectivity network data
