Job Summary
SCI Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales remotely via phone, email, video calls, and CRM systems. This role focuses on achieving sales targets by providing product solutions, and supporting overall revenue growth.General Responsibilities Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and digital leads
Manage and follow up on leads by registering into SF.com opportunity pipelines
Present products or services to customers via phone or Team meetings independently or with Technical Service team support
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and basic after-sales support
Collaborate with field sales and operations teams
