Your new role Serve as a licenced Representative under the AI / LFMC Licence. Act as one of the points of contact for MAS, ensuring effective communication, timely submissions, and compliance with all regulatory mandates. Supervise corporate governance, ensuring that all policies, documentation, and controls align with regulatory standards. Support the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance frameworks and risk management processes. Offer expert guidance on local operational issues, including administrative, legal, and technology-related matters.
