The Executive Director (ED), Primary Health Care supporting NE 3,4,6 is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing integrated, patient-centered care across the north, with oversight of both Primary Health Care and Mental Health and Addictions services. Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Northern Health, the ED contributes to provincial strategy by identifying system gaps, emerging needs, and opportunities for innovation to improve access, quality, and outcomes. The ED translates strategic priorities into actionable operational and business plans, ensuring effective implementation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
