About the Role
This role supports end‑to‑end class operations by assisting with pre‑course preparation, post‑course administration, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a smooth learning experience for trainees and clients.
Pre‑Course Team Responsibilities- Coordinate preparation of course materials (including ordering of e‑courseware, licenses, digital labs), refreshments ordering and attendance lists.
- Coordinate with on‑site Operations team to ensure classes are ready to start.
- Send confirmation/cancellation letters to trainees before commencement of classes.
- Coordinate learner registration for corporate clients.
- Support coordination of trainee transfer of classes.
- Liaise with external assessment centres for booking of assessments.
- Record daily tasks completed for reporting.
