Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000/year (full-time/permanent)

The Executive, Client Solutions role at On Side is a Sales and Business Development position focused on pursuing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships across our segments of focus, including but not limited to Commercial, Multi-Unit and Health care. This role delivers responsive, high-impact influence and acts as a local brand ambassador through industry events and thought leadership engagements. The Executive plays a key role in shaping exceptional client experiences and reinforces On Side’s reputation as a trusted and credible partner.
